Return & Exchange Policy

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

  • The product is in its original manufacturer packaging.

  • It is unused and undamaged.

  • It includes all tags, mounting accessories, user manuals, and related items.

• If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return via:

  • WhatsApp service, or

  • Email: sales@alkhunaizan.sa

• Your request will be processed within 24 business hours.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products that show scratches or physical damage.

• Products damaged due to incompatible voltage usage.

• If the original complete packaging is missing, we reserve the right to reject the request.

Upon Delivery:

Please make sure:

• The product model matches the one stated on the box.

• The product is not damaged or opened.

• The packaging is intact and unopened.

We will not accept any claims regarding incorrect model or external damage after signing the delivery receipt, except in the case of:

• A manufacturing defect, as per the terms and conditions.

Refunds

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return within Riyadh:

  • 100 SAR if the item is picked up from the customer.

  • Free if the customer delivers it to one of our showrooms.

• Return from outside Riyadh (after shipping label is issued):

  • 100 SAR for purchases valued at 999 SAR or less.

  • 14% of the purchase value for orders of 1000 SAR or more.

In Case of Hidden Damage:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• After 24 hours, we are not responsible for compensation or replacement, especially if the item is out of stock.
